Delivery
The LD workshop
1. Delivery areas
The LD workshop currently delivers to:
- Metropolitan France ,
- Belgium .
Deliveries to other destinations are not yet available.
Any order placed outside of these areas may be cancelled and fully refunded.
2. Delivery methods
Orders are shipped via a Relay Point delivery service , selected when placing the order.
The customer receives a notification by email or SMS as soon as their package is available at the chosen relay point.
Delivery costs are €5.50 including tax and are free for purchases of €75 or more .
3. Processing and shipping times
Each order is carefully prepared in the workshops of L'atelier LD .
Average processing times are 2 to 5 working days , plus the service provider's transport times.
These deadlines may vary during periods of high activity (particularly holidays, collection launches, etc.) without this engaging the responsibility of L'atelier LD .
4. Order tracking
As soon as the order is shipped, the customer receives a tracking number allowing them to follow the delivery of their package.
The LD workshop cannot be held responsible for any malfunctions in the carrier's tracking service.
5. Delays and loss of packages
In the event of a delay in delivery, the customer is invited to contact customer service by email at the following address:

A report can then be opened with the carrier.
The LD workshop undertakes to assist the customer in the search for the package but cannot be held responsible for a delay attributable to the carrier, exceptional circumstances (strikes, bad weather, etc.) or a case of force majeure.
If the package is declared lost by the carrier , a refund or resend will be offered to the customer according to their choice.
6. Receipt of the order
Upon receipt of the package, it is the customer's responsibility to:
- Check the condition of the package,
- Immediately report any anomalies (damaged packaging, missing or broken product),
- And, if necessary, refuse the package.
Any claim related to damage noted upon delivery must be sent by email to latelierldbougie@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt.
7. Delivery address
The customer must ensure that the delivery details provided at the time of ordering are accurate and complete.
LD Workshop cannot be held responsible for any failure or delay in delivery resulting from an error in the address provided.
In the event of a package being returned due to an incorrect address or failure to claim, the reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
8. Partial delivery
In the event of exceptional unavailability of a product, L'atelier LD will inform the customer and offer:
- Either the shipment of the rest of the order within the usual timeframe,
- Either the cancellation of the missing product with reimbursement of the corresponding amount.
9. Transfer of liability
The risks associated with transport are transferred to the customer upon delivery of the package to the carrier.
However, in the event of loss, L'atelier LD reserves the right to intervene with the carrier to find a fair solution.
10. Applicable law
Delivery and its conditions are governed by French law .
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred before any legal action.
