The LD workshop
1. Accepted payment methods
Payment for orders is made in euros (EUR) , directly on the latelierld.com website, via the secure payment solutions offered by Shopify Payments .
The accepted payment methods are as follows:
- Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
Payment is due immediately upon ordering .
No order will be prepared or shipped until payment has been validated.
2. Payment security
Payments made on the L'atelier LD website are fully managed by Shopify Payments and PayPal , two service providers recognized for their compliance with the strictest security standards:
- SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption ensuring the confidentiality of banking data,
- PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard),
- No storage of banking data on L'atelier LD servers.
All transactions are processed directly on the secure servers of the payment service providers. Atelier LD does not have access to the customer's bank details at any time.
3. Payment validation
Payment is considered effective only when the transaction is validated by the customer's banking establishment.
In case of refusal by the bank, the order will be automatically cancelled and the customer will be informed by email.
LD Workshop reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order in the event of:
- Total or partial default of payment,
- Payment dispute in progress,
- Attempted fraud detected.
4. Billing
An electronic invoice is automatically generated and sent to the customer after validation of the order.
It is available on request at: latelierldbougie@gmail.com .
The customer is invited to check the accuracy of the information provided (name, address, email, etc.). LD workshop cannot be held responsible for any error attributable to the customer.
5. Prices and taxes
Product prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC) .
The LD workshop is not subject to VAT in accordance with article 293 B of the General Tax Code ( self-employed regime – VAT not applicable ).
Delivery costs are added when the basket is validated, according to the conditions specified on the site.
Atelier LD reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without notice, but undertakes to apply the prices displayed at the time of the order.
6. Retention of title
In accordance with article L.216-4 of the Consumer Code, L'atelier LD retains full ownership of the products sold until full payment of the price by the customer.
The transfer of risks takes place at the time the package is handed over to the carrier.
7. Promotional codes and vouchers
The site may occasionally offer promotional codes or discount vouchers .
These benefits cannot be combined or converted into cash , and are only valid for the period indicated on the site.
Any fraudulent use of a promotional code will result in its immediate cancellation and may justify the suspension of the order concerned.
8. Custom or personalized orders
Custom or made-to-order products must be paid in full at the time of order .
No deposit, payment deferral or modification will be accepted once production has started.
These orders do not benefit from any right of withdrawal or reimbursement , except in the event of an error attributable to L'atelier LD (product error or proven defect).
9. Refunds
In the event of a refund (cancellation of order, missing product or accepted return), this will be made within a maximum of 14 working days from the validation of the refund by L'atelier LD .
The refund will be made using the same payment method as that used for the initial order.
No refunds can be made in cash or by any means other than the original payment method.
10. Fight against fraud
As part of its anti-fraud policy, L'atelier LD reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the information provided during payment.
These checks may include requesting proof of identity or address before final validation of the order.
If the requested supporting documents are not received within 48 hours , the order may be cancelled without compensation for the customer.
11. Applicable law
Payment terms are governed by French law .
Any dispute relating to the validity, interpretation or execution of payments will be submitted to the competent French courts.
